Meet Our Team
Our concierge-style practice was founded to give women what they rarely receive in traditional settings: time, expertise, and a judgment-free space to be heard. We invite you to meet our providers.

Physician Assistant
I graduated from the Yale University PA Program in 2001 and have worked as a Physician Assistant for over 20 years. I started out in primary care and then spent the last 15 years in hospital medicine, which gave me a strong foundation in caring for patients with a wide range of health needs. Over time, I found myself drawn to women's health and to helping women feel their best—not just treating illness, but focusing on prevention and overall quality of life.
I'm especially passionate about working with women during times of transition, such as perimenopause and menopause, to support them in feeling healthy, energetic, and empowered. My goal is always to listen, understand, and create a personalized plan that works for each patient.
When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband and our two children. You'll often find me outdoors-whether it's hiking, kayaking, or exploring new places while traveling.

Internal Medicine Physician
I am a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in hospital medicine, patient care, and teaching future doctors. I’m passionate about everything I do, and that passion led me to create Jenesis Women’s Health—a space where women can feel supported, understood, and empowered.
I consistently see midlife women struggle to recognize symptoms and navigate the perimenopause and menopause transition, including treatment options. I am dedicated to changing this by providing personalized, evidence-based care that helps women feel strong, balanced, and truly themselves again.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my daughters, family, and friends, and I genuinely enjoy meeting new people. Some of my favorite moments include walking along the beach and collecting sea glass, painting pottery, sharing meaningful conversations, and exploring new places. These connections and experiences keep me grounded and inspire the compassion I bring to my practice.
